1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77rb", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 77rb platform, accessible at https://77rb.io, and the entity responsible for its operation.
• "You" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 77rb platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you on the 77rb platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the 77rb website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and all related services and features made available through https://77rb.io.
• "Services" refers to the full range of betting, casino gaming, slots, crash games, tips, and any other features offered via the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your 77rb Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds, shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free bet credit allocated to your Account by 77rb under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required by 77rb before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by 77rb.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77rb Platform in any manner — whether by browsing the website without registration, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any Service — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

3 Eligibility

77rb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of any winnings obtained in breach of these eligibility requirements.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on 77rb, you are required to create a registered Account. The following provisions govern the registration process and ongoing Account management:

4.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 77rb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77rb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

77rb may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before permitting withdrawals, before issuing bonuses, or at any point where 77rb reasonably deems verification necessary. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered under your name).

4.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Any changes to your name, address, email, or mobile number must be communicated to the 77rb support team promptly. 77rb will not be liable for losses arising from outdated Account information.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. The following rules apply to Account security:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members, friends, or associates.
• You should use a strong, unique password for your 77rb Account and update it periodically.
• You must notify the 77rb support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 77rb in a timely manner.

77rb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from 77rb that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

77rb employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform, including the login page, cashier, and game lobby. Login sessions are monitored for anomalous activity and two-factor verification may be triggered when access is detected from a new device or location.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to your 77rb Account are subject to the following terms:

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77rb accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77rb does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 77rb accepts no responsibility.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 77rb at the platform level; however, individual payment methods may carry their own per-transaction limits set by the payment provider.

6.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 77rb Account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution. 77rb accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers or banking infrastructure.

6.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from third parties for the purpose of funding your Account, is strictly prohibited. 77rb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit that appears inconsistent with your stated profile or payment history.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your 77rb Account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must have completed the applicable KYC verification process to the satisfaction of 77rb. Accounts that have not completed verification may have their withdrawal requests held pending the submission and approval of the required documentation.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. 77rb reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a method different from the deposit source. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders from unauthorised withdrawal requests.

7.3 Processing Time

77rb aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. In practice, the majority of withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer for bank transfer withdrawals, and 77rb accepts no liability for delays caused by the recipient's financial institution.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions for Bonus Recipients

Where your Account Balance includes Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement, those funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying wagering conditions may result in Bonus Funds and associated winnings being removed from your Balance.

7.5 Right to Withhold

77rb reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request, pending investigation, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, Terms and Conditions violations, or unresolved KYC requirements. 77rb will notify the account holder of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe and will seek to resolve the matter promptly.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

77rb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to registered account holders aged 21 and above who have completed all applicable verification steps.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a specific Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your Account Balance. Bets are deducted from real-money funds first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until Wagering Requirements have been fully met.
• 77rb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if it has been claimed in breach of these Terms or obtained by fraudulent means.
• Promotions communicated via the 77rb website, including those timed around BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or other Bangladesh-specific occasions, are subject to the same general terms set out in this section unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method. 77rb reserves the right to revoke welcome bonus funds if it determines that multiple accounts have been created to claim the same offer.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77rb Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may be published separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 77rb reserves the right to reject or void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error, system fault, or technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance.

9.2 Manifest Errors

Where odds, payouts, or terms of a bet are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human mistake ("manifest error"), 77rb reserves the right to void the affected bet, regardless of whether it has already been settled. Winnings arising from manifest errors will not be paid and any amounts already credited will be reversed from your Balance.

9.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to real-time suspension, closure, or void by 77rb in the event of match delays, weather interruptions, power failure, data feed issues, or any other circumstance beyond 77rb's control. 77rb accepts no liability for the unavailability of in-play markets during any period.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

77rb may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per market, or per event. Any applicable limits will be communicated in the relevant game or betting interface. Winnings exceeding the stated limit will be capped at the maximum amount regardless of the calculated return.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77rb Platform. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Registering more than one Account (duplicate accounts) for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including deliberately depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful engagement in the Services ("churning").
• Colluding with other players in poker, table games, or any other competitive game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise use the Platform in a manner not approved by 77rb.

77rb cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, and sports integrity bodies in Bangladesh and internationally. Any confirmed case of fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and technology on the 77rb Platform — including but not limited to the 77rb brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data feeds — are the intellectual property of 77rb or its licensed providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written permission from 77rb.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the 77rb brand name, logo, or any associated marks in connection with any product, service, or communication not expressly authorised by 77rb.
